Wonder how many e-mails they will now get?

This kind of 'offer' does nothing to promote the company, look at the mess Nectar are in with their non-existant treats. If Biotherm can't be bothered to stock enough for the circulation of the mag, then they are creating bad publicity.

BTW there are plenty of mags here as the nearest (only) outlet in South Wales is in Cardiff, 45 miles away.

I got the email Wed. Went to Oxford street Thurs as i commute from the coast and tried boots who dont do it. Selfridges had not got their delivery and house of fraser was not open untill 10am. Called in at Debenhams and they had the cream and whats more I got a load of freebies for me as she was disturbed with the fact that I use nivea !!Anyway my wife has got a present thankyou.

Zest has a audited readership of 226,000... Biotherm list 30 stockists, if they give each 30 samples.... only 225,100 disappointed readers... quality PR :T:T

Glycerin is almost always a by product of bio-fuel production, so veggies like shouldn't be too concerned.

Still trying to work out how the hell Tesco have their Taurine-based energy drink labelled as suitable for veggies though.

I looked on the Red bull site as they also use Taurine and it states on the web site that is it also veggie.

It says "The taurine in Red Bull Energy Drink is a purely synthetic substance produced by pharmaceutical companies and is not derived from animals or animal materials." So maybe it's the same for tesco.

I was in London today and eventually got it in the last place I went!

Boots (Bond street Tube)said it was the other branch that did it
Debenhams oxford St - said it was in last week and gone - very nice girl
House of Frasure - all gone
SELFRIDGES - Oxford st - GOT IT IN TODAY - HAD A BIG DRAWER FULL!!

gilr was very nice and told me all about their products but no pressure to buy any. She said it was worth about £14.00

Hi everyone i have tried the Biotherm counter in Boots,Bon accord Centre loads of time and it's the same story there No Stock-Awaiting Delivery:(
shelovestobuystuff and Grunnie what e-mail address did you use?Was it the link to customer services from there webpage??
I to will e-mail them and say the stocking/supplying of this promotion has been shocking, Never mind the bus fares i hav spent going back and fore to Boots:eek:

I got mine today Selfridges in Manchester phoned me to say it was in. When I got there it was put away under the counter with my name on, the girl was really nice, no pressure to sell me antyhing and I got a nice Selfridfges bag to carry it home in!

LONDON: Managed to get my biotherm body lotion (voucher from zest) from selfridges london, after being told at debenhams they were the only ones stocking them.

I e-mailed there cstomer services from there website and got a lovley letter apolgising for the inconvenience and saying that a body lotion will be posted to me as soon as more stock arrives in January:D So i was well pleased with that but it also shows on the other hand that they know there stores will hardly have any, if any stock at all!especially if they don't have in the warehouse!! So anyone that is still struggling to get or does not have a Biotherm counter near by i think it is worth dropping them a line and i got a reply in less than 24 hours;)
