Well,that was a waste of time and money.Got my poor old mum to get the mag for me and take it to the Glasgow branch of House of Frazer as she lives next to it.She got there at 9.30 am yesterday morning and suprise,surprise,they had none left and apparantly only had 30 of the product available for the promotion in the first place.
There was no voucher to cut out or anything you just had to show the counter girl the page in the magazine.I bet the staff just distributed them amongst themselves.
Its such a con to offer a freebie if there is hardly any product available.I feel cheated.

There are only two Biotherm counters in the whole of Scotland.House of Frasers in Glasgow who only got 30 of the product and have none left,and Boots in Aberdeen who have never received any of the product for the promo and know nothing about it.
The mag is rubbish too,I only bought it for the freebie.To have only 30 free promotional products available for the readership of an entire country is quite ridiculous!!!

I spent my hard earned £3.20 on this Zest mag. believing I would recoup the cash by claiming the FREE Biotherm body cream RRP £15.
I would suggest a 'slight of hand' on the part of Zest and/or Biotherm in this particular promotion, since it would involve, at least a 3 hour round trip car journey on my part, in order to claim the FREE prize.
Forget it. Can I have my £3.20 money back?

Just been to Newcastle, The big Boots in Eldon Square (Next to Fenwicks) have the Biotherm lotion. WH Smith sold out of Zest Mags but the news agents opposite Haymarket M station have copies left. Biotherm rep just took the magazine off me took out the relevant page and gave me it back with lotion. That easy!

I e-mailed Biotherm and complained about their stock availability in this promo.They are passing my complaint to their marketing dept to be investigated,also said to e-mail them my address details and they would try to get some freebies sent to me.I will let you know what happens.
