Problem with online purchase of concert tickets

Hello all,
This is my first post here so apologies if this is in the wrong section!
I purchased tickets to go and see Guns N' Roses at Tottenham Hotspur stadium on 30th May 2020 through SeeTickets - obviously this didn't go ahead due to covid. I was contacted by SeeTickets advising me, basically, that the concert wouldn't be going ahead on the date and to wait for an update. I immediately emailed them and requested a refund (I had tickets for several other concerts through ticketmaster and eventim, both of which refunded immediately) and this is where the problems began.
I have sent upwards of 30 emails now requesting a refund - i never once had an actual human reply, just an automated message telling me that they aren't offering refunds until the date has been rescheduled. However this appears to be against the terms and conditions which state that if the concert differs greatly from how it was advertised then this is grounds for a refund. I am changing career from September this year where I will be training as a teacher, and therefore it is extremely unlikely I will be able to attend any of the dates next year due to the nature of the job, as well as the workload.
There doesn't seem to be any kind of customer service phone number, or email address, which is manned by a human. I really need the money for this refunded as we are struggling financially due to covid. What should my next steps be to try and follow up on this? I'm at my wits end. Everyone else I know who was going, who bought through other agents, has been able to get a refund within about 48 hrs but I am getting absolutely nowhere with SeeTickets!
Cheers!

How did you pay (debit card, credit card, Paypal etc.), and how much (per ticket) ... >£100 or not?
SeeTickets have lots of social media presence (Facebook, Twitter etc.) ... have you tried messaging that way?0 -

I paid by debit card, at £101.20 per ticket, plus refund protection at £2.65 each. Plus the transcation fee of £6.50 for a total of £214.20.
I have messaged several times on facebook and had no reply. I don't have twitter because I don't really understand it!0 -
Have you honestly tried to google a contact number ?
Took me all of 5 seconds0 -

I should add I also used the website resolver.co.uk - they've sent 4 emails now (and "escalated" it after 2, and also no reply)0
