Hi all, thanks for the replies. How strange that some are able to get a phone number. I have tried loads of combinations of "uk see tickets customer service complaints" but never get anything. Either way, i just tried all of the phone numbers provided and it is an automated message saying "... that due to the current coronavirus outbreak this phone number is currently out of service."

Any further suggestions? Is there an ombudsman i can approach?

Unfortunately its been 7 months since i paid for them, and chargeback only works up to 120 days after (according to the link you have posted).
