Do decide if you want help with your situation or if you just want to keep complaining about what 1 poster said

The person has asserted that I am guilty of a criminal offence ....

Really?  Where have I said that?

"you are clearly claiming it in breach of their rules"
and from Gov.uk website .... HMRC reserves complete discretion to conduct a criminal investigation in any case and to carry out these investigations across a range of offences and in all the areas for which the Commissioners of HMRC have responsibility.

Read the whole post and not a sentence in isolation.

    Context is everything.

I would add, in relation to mistakes in relation to CJRS claims, I understand the Government have indicated there will be some 'give back' mechanism which is penalty-free in relation to erroneous claims that have been submitted based on rules and implementation of a system all implemented with such haste.

Well that answer my question, seems you don't want help.  I'm sorry to hear that.

So, did they turn up on Friday or did they enjoy the hot weather as it was not worth them working at taxpayer expense?

Well, do you need her back working or not?

Probably enough "true work" to occupy 2 hours for 2 days a week. but we should all be attempting and testing the route back (is my understanding)

I'm sure that you will be inundated with applications to an advertisment for a part time zero hours flexible role. For many earning is something is better than nothing at the current time. Unfortunately your employee knows your weaknessess and is now taking the opportunity to exploit them. Showing a complete of loyality with no regard for whether your business survives or not. Nor the amounrt of personal aggravation they are causing you. Only when times get difficult do you find out those who you can rely on and those that have always own had self interest at heart. My two words to you are. Be Tough.
