You should check your Vanquis communication settings.

I receive regular emails, text messages and letters about balance transfer offers from them.  Got one today.

Thanks, No call as yet -though my recent limit rise to 4250 was via e-mail then text end letter yesterday.
Could give them a quick call this afternoon. No harm in asking again.

One tel call, 9.9% Balance transfer offer valid until 31st Aug' -which means it has been extended.
Only need replacement card to arrive, take advantage by reducing Tesco Card.
