i haven’t got any money due to the crisis

im not going to be spending my own money on the legal action as we get legal aid
Great way to try and spend tax payers money however you will not be eligible for legal aid in this instance

Legal aid can help meet the costs of legal advice, family mediation and representation in a court or tribunal.

You’ll usually need to show that:

    • your case is eligible for legal aid (It's not)
    • the problem is serious (It's not)
    • you cannot afford to pay for legal costs (You have already confirmed that you can't but your case would not be eligible)

You could for example get legal aid if:

    • you or your family are at risk of abuse or serious harm, for example domestic violence or forced marriage (N/A)
    • you’re at risk of homelessness or losing your home (N/A)
    • you’ve been accused of a crime, face prison or detention (N/A)
    • you’re being discriminated against (N/A)
    • you need family mediation (N/A)
    • you’re adding legal arguments or bringing a case under the Human Rights Act (N/A)
So, if you are that concerned, you will have to pay for legal services yourself.

Spaceman450, sorry to burst your bubble but you are reliant on finding a solicitor to take this case up for you. They will only take up a case if they envisage getting paid for their efforts.
This is not about right or wrong but payment for services. It's why only the rich pursue such cases as the solicitors get paid whether they win or loose not on who is right.
May you find your sister soon Helli.
    Sleep well.
