I don't know if this is a windup.  But wondering how the OP can afford to go bankrupt x2 (joint tenancy) which costs £680 each, but not pay his rent.  I think maybe he's kindof throwing ideas in the air to see what lands, rather than trying to actually sort the problem out.  I hope proper advice is sought.
