Thanks all. In the process of writing a witness statement now which I will pm afterwards @Coupon-mad for advice if ok.
Just keep it on the forum (unless @Coupon-mad has specifically requested it by PM) and that way more people will see it and be able to advise.

You need to add evidence to your witness statement, permit, unsigned contract etc

You add reference to your evidence, in the form INITIALS/001 and on, in you rWS. If you do not adduce evidence in your WS it doesnt exist, formally

Yeah i will make sure I add evidence. In there evidence they have taken a picture off my permit so could I put something like.  See clamients evidence page no etc. Also I got my latest tenancy agreement emailed to me yesterday which doesn't say anything about parking. Can I produce that as evidence aswell.  The only thing is the date of the ticket charge is 28/07/2018 and my signature on tennency agreement is 02/08/19 because that is my latest one I signed. Just thought maybe the judge will say the tennency agreement is invalid evidence because its signed and dated after the date of the parking charge. My first one was signed in 2017 but the estate agents haven't got that one on file

But you must have emails or letters from when you stared the tenancy, or utility bills showing you've been a resident there for x years...
