County Court phone hearing adjourned due to court not having my defence or witness statement on file

Options
Hi I'm not really good with reading or writing also haven't got a clue about county court. I could really do with someones help please. I had a phone hearing on Wednesday 22nd which has been adjourned because the court didn't have my defence or witness statement on file. But Gladstones had recieved my defence, but they said they haven't recieved my witness statement. So the court have given me 14 days to get my defence and witness statement sent to court and to Gladstones. I  got a company to do a defence for me which i have attached to this. I have been told it is a shocking defence, but Gladstones have recieved it so I think I will have to use it. Where the court or gladstones havent got my witness statement I need some help on writing one. Or if someone could do me a witness statement I will pay them for it.

Nobody will write you a witness statement or add your exhibits plus your summary costs assessment , you must do that , as the court have told you (nobody will do it for money either)

You cannot change the defence without paying lots of money , good or bad you are stuck with it

Read other witness statements on here in other recent and completed court case threads is number one

Number 2 find one similar to your own case and adapt it accordingly

Number 3 , due to dyslexia , get an able bodied person to help you in person , a relative or a good friend

Oh Jeez, tell us you didn't pay money to a firm who have the worst Trustpilot reviews known to man/woman?   Did you look at online reviews of the company first - look now...who did you pay?

WHO is responsible for that 'defence'?
EDIT - I SEE WE NEED TO ALSO WARN PEOPLE NOT TO USE:

    Parking Enforcement Defence Solutions

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

That is an absolutely pathetic Defence, relying upon County Court judgments in pre-Beavis cases which would probably not have the same result today. It reads more like a rant than a Defence, and I can see most Judges would give that rubbish very short shrift indeed. No loss to the PPC? GEPOL warning = epic fail, almost certainly a guaranteed loser.

I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.

Tell us which car park this was, and what happened and what the PCN was for, did you appeal, etc?

It was for the car park where I live. I live at no 8 but im supposed to park in number 6. But I never got told that by the estate agents or anyone. Only till after someone who lives in the flats told me. The car park is run by a private firm who love coming round and ticketing at any chance they get.  I didn't appeal it

I'm gonna get in touch with my estate agents tomorrow to see if there is anything in my tenancy agreement. But I don't think there is. My estate agents didn't even know i was supposed to park in bay 6. I recieved my permit from my estate agents but was posted through my door when I was at work. The company are called New world facilities.
