Whilst you cannot change your defence (not without some cost) a craftily written witness statement might save the day. The other thing is I didnt send the defence to Gladstones solicitors. The bloke at parking enforcement defence solutions sent it to them by email, not signed or dated i believe aswell. Thats the reason I thought I might be able to do a new defence because It didn't come from me. I thought I could play dumb and say I don't know what he has sent you because I havent signed it or hasn't come from my email.0

The defence is the one filed with the CCBC in Northampton , nobody files a defence with a solicitor , the CCBC send the submitted defence to the claimant , not you , not anyone you have paid either , only the CCBC do it , once it's been received from either the defendant or their representative4

It's the CCBC's role to send a copy of the defence to the claimant's solicitor, not yours or your defence writer's.I bet Gladstones are loving that defence!Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I mean the defence I got done from parking enforcement defence solutions. I had to send that to chelmsford county court and to Gladstones solicitors.0
