    Something that happened to a relative of mine, true story;
    Cant recall the exact ages but this is the jist.
    Took their  6 year old to Legoland. There is a 'driving test' they can take where the kid drives round a little course and gets a certificate at the end. He was super keen to go on it but minimum age is 7. They schooled him for days on saying he was 7 if asked. Trial asked him several times until he was fluent. They took him there, but there was a height restriction which he failed.
    So they took him to a similar driving attraction there where you had to be under 7. He was asked "how old are you" and of course proudly said "7" and wouldnt budge from that even when his parents insisted he was 6.

    I know this is an old post, but I think the above just shows why honesty is the best policy. Plus, these places have restrictions for a reason: yes, 7 is an arbitrary age for the driving school, because some 6 year olds will be entirely capable of following instructions and controlling the car etc, but for some, it just won't be safe. And again, the height restrictions are generally for safety reasons. I do think parents should take that into consideration!
