With some lenders yes tibawo, depends on the offer of compensation I think. Most PDL will argue the six year ruling though.0

Received a response from Monkey Dosh saying no! Also stated that it is their Final Response. They claim that my credit score was credit (really!? I had 9 active payday loans when I first borrowed from them) and they also claim that a Credit Reference Agency said I only had £159 outstanding - I tallied it up, I had £1845.50 outstanding in payday loan debt alone when I first borrowed from them (bearing in mind I was only earning £1090 per month - no way I could have paid that back!). So I will be escalating to FOS now. I still have £230 outstanding on Monkey Dosh.LBM March 2013 DFD August 2016

During the 8 week wait have people been emailing for updates etc?0
-
I have not, but I think some people have. I will be interested to know too. Pounds to Pocket and Payday UK did write in their first response to me that it will take 8 weeks, so I probably won't email them.LBM March 2013 DFD August 2016

Hi everyone, do you just send them a email via thier complaints address on thier website?0
-
Hi there Mclane54
I used the template letter and email addresses on the debtcamel website and tailored it to my own situation. Peachy came back within about 48 hours with a standard "you signed to say you agreed to it" email so I referred this to the FOS who asked me to fill out a form.
I've just emailed the rest of them using the details on the debtcamel website. Only emailed yesterday so apart from the standard "we have received your complaint" automated email I'm yet to hear. If you've got any questions the debtcamel forum is really good.Everyone has a dark side... apparently mine is called Harold?!? :huh:0 -
Finally received my Statement of accounts from PDUK, very apologetic e-mail, so 5 weeks in, I have all the figures from QQ and PDUK waiting for their final responses within the 8 week timescale. Lets see what happens folks.0

Hi all, not much to update from me. All complaints are still with FO and I have had them all acknowledged with emails saying that they have gone to the creditor for a response and they will be in touch within 12 weeks. The first one to the FO was lending stream back in December and that was acknowledged and acted upon within a few days, the last complaint I sent about QQ on the 22nd Feb Has been acknowledged today.
Lending stream have sent all the info to the FO with their final response so I hope to have a decision about them soon.0 -
Letter in post today from Payday Express. Had forgotten what a stupidly high limit they had given me and therefore the interest charges were absolutely ridiculous. I've sent the emails off to PDUK and Express at the same time.
Just waiting for statements now from the Money Shop- email from them the other day asking me for a fee of £1 which I had no objection to paying but they needed me to go into a shop to do it, something which isn't really possible so I rang and spoke to a nice lady who said given my circumstances they would just send them.
MyJar seem to be messing me around a bit which I'm not happy about but when I rang the other night they were having 'technical problems' I'll ring again tomorrow. 2 complaints left to go in- MoneyShop will be a biggie, MyJar I don't think was that big but so far I've worked out the amounts on the 4 that are in just under 5k with Express the culprits for about half of that. These lot really are robbing  *The RK and FF fan club* #Family*Don’t Be Bitter- Glitter!* #LotsOfLove ‘Darling you’re my blood, you have my heartbeat’ Dad 20.02.200
