Received confirmation from the ombudsman in my favour towards Quick Quid. Anyone know how long before they pay out? He said to let him know if I haven't received it in 28 days.
Still waiting for my payment from Wonga even though they said it would take 3-5 days. It's 6 days now. When I called they said they person who was meant to put it in to be processed is off sick!
One more complaint with the adjudicator (Payday UK) still waiting to hear from that one.LBM March 2013 DFD August 2016

Balance: £0.00
Many thanks for your recent contact.
This account currently has no sums due or payable. Therefore, we have no current obligation to provide a statement of account under Section 77 of the Consumer Credit Act as per Subsection (3) of Section 77 which states that the requirement under "Subsection (1) does not apply to – (a) an agreement under which no sum is, or will or may become payable by the debtor..."
If you have any other queries, please don't hesitate to contact us and one of our agents will be happy to help.
I requested a statement but this was their response?! Any advice on what to do next? I haven't taken a loan with them for about 3 years.0 -
You are entitled to a statement of all accounts you have had with these Predators. Say to PDUK is this your final response to my request? and inform them that you will escalate your complaint to the FOS if your request is turned down again, be patient and do not get frustrated.:cool:0

Sent, many thanks Delete33. I'm also trying to get a statement from Wonga. Not heard from them yet...
Is the next step to request the interest paid? What reasons do I need to state for asking for this money to be returned?0 -
Welliesgreat, I suggest you look at the DebtCamel website, you will find all the info you require to start your claim and Sarah who runs it is very Knowledgeable. You will be complaining that your loans were not affordable and irresponsible lending by the PDL.:cool:0

Hey guys.
Another success story.
I had a letter in the post from Wage Day Advance partially upholding my complaint. I had three loans from them and had requested a total amount back of £544.39. I had an offer of £542.89 which is the interest plus 8% on the final two loans which I have gratefully accepted.
So since my complaints went in at the start of July I have had just over £1,000 back from three lenders and these are only my smallish ones. I still have Wonga, QQ, Payday UK and Payday Express ongoing which could be worth a few thousand more.
Keep going everyone and push it further if you get any rejections - it costs nothing to send a few more emails.
Kudos to everyone here for sharing their financial chaos with everyone else but we are all in the same boat and here to help each other. Onwards and upwards!:beer:0
