What’s the going rate for brake discs/pads? Have I been overcharged

Took my Seat Ibiza to a local garage for an mot last week. They charged 305.76 +vat for replacing all the brake pads and discs. Does that sound steep?
I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt that it actually needed doing, but the £180 labour (+ £125.76 parts) raised eyebrows.

This was at my local at a Leeds suburb. Just wondering if I should avoid this garage next time round.

Parts sound about right, as for labour - £45 a corner isnt' too bad if they charge labour out at £45 per hour.
Discs don't need changing with the pads unless they are thin or warping but as they are pretty cheap for this car they probably do them with the pads.
Maybe get some quotes next time.

Four hours booked at £45 or 3 at £60. Neither are OTT.1

Seat would have charged you over £600 so you have saved 50% already. When I did me Ibiza it was £96 for the parts and I believe that has now risen to about £125. Takes about 3 hours to do front and back so the price is fair.3

On the parts side - price will depend on brand used. You can have higher priced quality brake pads or economy brake pads or super super economy brake pads (made from compressed cardboard). But for 4 discs and 2 sets of pads - if they were reputable branded parts - that sounds reasonable.1

Thats a good price for discs and pads all round.1

I'm baffled as to how it could take a professional garage an hour per wheel. Disks and pads are one of the few things I routinely DIY on my Peugeot and it takes me about an hour to do both front wheels.0
