I did Google before posting, saw that their site says they're IPC accredited etc. Does Coupon-mad have history with them? and how are they relevant to a GSX PCN?Umkomaas said:

It's a legal firm , posted about on here thousands of times and definitely every day
If GXS employ them for chasing the alleged debt or employs them to issue a court claim , then you will know
But it could be dcbl , or Gladstone's instead
