The only other thing that might help is to contact the retailer first, this week, to get them on your side if you were a genuine customer on the day, and ask them to confirm that they want the CCJ removed for their customer and can the costs be minimised as there was no intention to penalise customers (or staff/patients if it was a hospital, etc).PRIVATE 'PCN'?
