If you pay in full within 28 (or is it 30) days of judgment it is wiped completely. Are you in time?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Noooo! Don't pay it just yet. It won't give you any real advantage. Await more input. So the CCJ date was 18 feb 2020 but was in Northampton. Which is 200 mile from where I live. My original fine was £100. I actually paid £4 to park there but the charge apparently should have been £5. All this for £1 is absurd but it’s the times we live inPlease note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Once paid, it is satisfied but it remains on your credit file which can cause you problems. You can put a correction notice on your file and explain the situation. Future lenders etc have to read your correction notice
It all depends on how valuable your credit rating is for 6 years1 -
How do I go about doing a set aside? In the newbie thread it says it can cost £255 and my fine is only £237. Do I need to phone and ask them for a consensual set aside which would lower the cost. I know I made a HUGE mistake. Credit rating isn’t important so much to me but hoping to move home in 3-4 year so maybe it will be then0

You need to email ParkingEye and ask for consent to set aside judgment and see what they say:
