So we submitted App and DIP accepted 13/7 - 16/7.
Since then had valuation scheduled for 18th August and now had another update saying valuation booked for 7th September which is just ridiculous. Losing the will to live on these timescales.
NW timescales:
DIP: 13/7
App: 16/7
Valuation: 6/8
NW offer: 20/80 -
Oh no that's so far away. Were you contacted by the valuation company directly? If so, I would keep calling to check for cancellations so that they can bring it forward.0

I contacted MB last week about the August date and she said she'd chase but heard nothing. Spoke with EA who contacted the valuer directly and had agreed for him to do it this week whilst he was in the area doing another valuation for her, as it's fairly rural area. So as far as I was aware, it was being done this week but now they're saying September. Just hoping it's not accurate.NW timescales:

I'm in scotland and they just use the home report, so don't think I need to worry about that0 -
I just can't understand it, those timescales would mean nearly a 2 month wait for valuation. I've said to MB that if this is the case then we need to apply elsewhere as we'd be certain to lose the house. As it stands, we should have been exchanging tomorrow. Not even had hard searches done yet although 3 soft searches done, inc Credit Search so not sure if this is all that's needed.NW timescales:

Loglog - that's positive that its moving along then. What date did you apply? Just checked TransUnion and showing on there but unsure if soft or hard search, just says 'Credit Quotation/preliminary enquiry'NW timescales:
