It's the cog-lile icon near the top right of your posts, but there has been a forum glitch with new MSE members being unable to edit for a while.
You can send a PM to one of the board guides and ask them to change the posts. If you don't want the thread deleted then tell the board guides, but it may not be too bad if it does happen.

There is nothing to inform that they are utilising a non-UK format. Suggest the calibration of their machine is right up sh"t creek.1

Several issues to be raised with their ANPR photos as well.
Image 1:
No clear distinction between their pub carpark and the McDonald's car park, which are practically side by side and no clear signs showing drivers are entering a pub car park with parking restrictions.
Parking restriction signs are further into the car park and not in the first half of it, where the driver in question was parked.
Image 2:
Signs further into the car park, as shown on image 1.
Image 3:
Trees overgrowing on large black sign. Making it more difficult for any drivers to know they are entering a pub carpark.
Image 4:no visible parking restriction signs on the fencing opposite where driver would have been parked, none on either side. Again, just trees.
Image 5:
Showing where driver had parked, with no parking restriction signs in sight apart from further into the car park shown on image 1. Before driver left the car park having parked for a total of 7.38 minutes.
Image 6:
Consistent with the poor maintenance of this pub car park. Barely visible and faded 'staff only' marking1 -
Will also be taking a trip to the car park for more photos
determined to win this one, have spent over £500 on PCNs over the years but only recently began to do my research into them
