So not only are they stating two different dates, you might want to argue that the date shown on the ANPR photo is a date point in the future - i.e., 7th September 2020. There is nothing to inform that they are utilising a non-UK format. Suggest the calibration of their machine is right up sh"t creek.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Most probably the latter, not too sure. Just shows its on the pub wall and says camera 01 in corners of pics.
