Conflicting dates on PCN

Options
Hi, I'm new to the forum and hoping for some help/advice. Today I received a PCN which involved parking at waterside Inn pub in Leamington, which is connected to a McDonald's carpark with no clear distinction between the two. Parked for around 10minutes to eat my burger and fries..
Anyway the PCN has conflicting dates on the letter, the CCTV footage photo shows 09/07/20, whereas the details on the top and written within the letter state 10/07/20, the actual date this occured was on 09/07/20, as the CCTV shows.
Do these conflicting dates mean the PCN is invalid and does it give me right me appeal?
And if so, when would the best time to appeal, I'm thinking I should wait just before the statutory limit for pcn, which will therefore prevent them from issuing another one with the correct dates ?

Please, any advice would be much appreciated :)

Thanks you!

P.s will also post the photos of letter

    Hahaha!!

That is one to appeal and NOT point out the error, but then take it to IAS where you ambush them with this!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks Coupon-mad, would you suggest that's the best option for me then?
On what grounds should I base my appeal if I'm to ignore the blatant error?

Use the appeal template you saw when you read the top thread: NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST.

Thanks coupon-mad, in aware of templates and the FAQs havnt given answers specific to my case, which is why I've detailed these in my post and uploaded photos.

Can anybody else advise on this? Does it invalidate the PCN, if so when and how should I go about appealing it ?

    Thanks

But there is only one appeal template and it's not meant to be specific to any case.  It is just a stepping stone to the real appeal level.

    Yes I can do that.

Sent the already written for you blue text template appeal easily found in the first post of the NEWBIES thread.

Send it unchanged - no additions or alterations needed.

    Send it as the keeper.

    Hope that helps. ;)

    Thanks,
So I should send the template now then? Or is there any benefit of holding this off until nearer to to the 28days deadline ?

Hopefully when they respond to the appeal I can revisit this thread and seek some guidance again :)

Send it as soon as you like.

Then re-read Coupon-mad's earlier post for your next action.

    So in order :
    - I send the blue worded template in newbies FAQ section

    - Wait for their response in which they'll likely refuse the appeal and they'll give details to contact IAS

    - follow coupon-mad's advice and then ambush them with the conflicting dates appeal.. (I'll need help when this arises, as first time appealing one of these)

Just checking i'm doing this in the right order, don't want to shoot myself in the foot and make mistakes
