Barclaycard Rewards

Thanks @WillPS,
I was doing some further reading and came across this https://www.barclays.co.uk/help/cards/using-cards/global-alliance-benefits/ where Barclays was talking about using a Global ATM Alliance cash machine and provided a map of available machines. I'm wondering if this might be a good way to guarantee no ATM fee.
Although I can't find anything just yet online confirming this but I am assuming the 'global ATM alliance' actually means (for Baclaycard's Rewards credit card' at least which states Visa, it's the 'Plus Alliance' ATMs that I'll need to hunt down.
I think we will most likely do a hybrid, take some dollars with us and then use the card to get some money out if and when.

The website doesn't always play ball - seems to be a bit buggy so if anyone knows of a better list or app then I'll look to installing that on my phone or at least having the list saved.0 -

If you want to withdraw cash for free in the US, the solution is to get a Chase debit card and use it in a Chase ATM.1
