The judge dismissed the case and refused their right of appeal.
Although did advise that the Claimant may take it to a higher level for appeal (not sure what that is, or entails).
Thanks to all again for comments and feedback.Having won a previous case against Excel, whereby they still have not paid the costs awarded by the Judge.Did they eventually pay those costs from the first case?
Can you give us a blow by blow court report like in other threads you find when you search 'another one bites the dust'? What point won it, etc. What did their rep try to say, what did you say, what did the Judge say and did you get awarded costs again?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

DVLA should be banned from giving out owner details, but it's a nice little earner for them.-2

Well doneYou did well to beat them twice.
I doubt that they will appeal especially if the claim was for a flipped ticket. They will have to pay for the appeal and the HHJ may refuse. Then they will also have to provide a transcript of the case which is expensive.
