Thanks all, I am currently on with the defence.
Am I correct that you are able to sign, scan and email it to: ccbcaq@justice.gov.uk
The next step is then to await a Directions Questionnaire (form N180)?0 -
Correct , or download the DQ , fill it in and email it to that same address a few days later , after the CCBC has registered your defence , plus send a copy of your DQ to the claimant
The newbies FAQ sticky thread tells you all this2 -

Having won a previous case against Excel, whereby they still have not paid the costs awarded by the Judge.
Could I use this point in anyway during this claim to help illustrate how these scammers operate?0 -
It is not a defence in any way shape or form, but youc an point out you won a case on similar(?) facts
What have yo udone aboutthem not paying the costs? Warrant of control?1 -
My case was heard via BT MeetMe earlier today.
The judge dismissed the case and refused their right of appeal.
Although did advise that the Claimant may take it to a higher level for appeal (not sure what that is, or entails).
Thanks to all again for comments and feedback.5 -
