Use the DQ email address in the 8 steps to submit the downloaded and completed N180 DQ pdf document as an attachment, checking for the auto email response in your inbox or spam folder, then keep checking your MCOL claim history until the N180 is logged
Use CC to copy in the email to the info@ email address for DCB Legal
One email, one attachment, 2 destinations, no paperwork, no posting either1 -
This stage & N180 form is already fully covered in the 'first 8 steps' you were following and obviously nothing goes to Smart Parking!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD1 -
@Gr1pr and @Coupon-mad many thanks for your responses.
Yes, I've read the threads and steps numerous times, but the paperwork said "file..." and "serve to all the parties" hence the need for clarity!
@Gr1pr without sounding too dim, is the email address to DCB LEGAL LTD :
info@dcblegal.co.uk ?
I assume I have to scan my completed Form N180 and attach it to the email?
Again many thanks in advance.0 -
No, you download an electronic version.
Yes info@ is fine.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I never mentioned anything about scanning, that idea could lead to a failed submission and a default CCJ , using their online forms doesnt
We know what it says, and you will be doing exactly that, by email, using the correct methods2 -
@Gr1pr and @Coupon-mad
Many thanks for your invaluable guidance.
I'm glad I asked I was going to scan. I will log onto MCOL and look for the Form N180 to download and attach to my email.
I will be using my Hotmail account.com. I hope this will be OK.
Thank you again.1 -
Dear All
Just thought I would let you know that I re-read the threads again.
I downloaded, completed and attached the form to the email I sent to the court and info@dcblegal.co.uk
I have received automated emails from both parties confirming receipt of my email.
Once again I wanted to say thank you for all your help. I would be lost without it

Excellent
Keep checking your MCOL claim history online, checking that they log it, it could take a week or two so should be logged before the end of the month, if in any doubt, rinse and repeat until it's logged, don't assume anything, too many failures this year at the CNBC2 -
Dear All
I have received an email from HM Courts & Tribunals Service regarding a telephone mediation appointment.
It requires me to take action by responding to the email regarding:
contact name and number
if I would like a representative to attend on my behalf, the details of the representative
Is this a legitimate email as I provided the details in the questionaire?
I also informed the court that I would like my friend to accompany me as I have disabilities, there is no mention of my request in the email. Is there any way of letting the court know?
Thanks in anticipation of your kind help.

Mediation comes after the N180 DQ document is submitted, so if its from the Mediation service it's legit, check the 8 steps in the defence template thread in announcements near the top of the forum to see where you are at
Mediation has been a compulsory step for over 18 months , so standard stuff
Currently no civil court is dealing with your case, so that aspect will be next year, after your local civil court post a letter to you2
