The price a short while ago was up 1.6% from yesterday's price... just now when I looked it was up 1.7% from yesterday's price, to about 907pence per share.
Maybe you could explain what you mean by 'the holdings part of my SMT shares'.
The shares have presumably not fallen in value by 56% from what you have paid for them, unless you bought only one share, where you paid £8-9 for the share and £11-12 for a dealing fee to buy it, so you have spend £20 on buying the share, and it is now still worth £9, which is 55% less than £20.
But surely nobody would want to spend £11 of fees every time they buy £9-worth of shares, and would buy hundreds of pounds worth at a time instead.
Maybe you are misreading something but if you show a screenshot of where it shows the -56%, or explain how much you have spent on the shares and what they are now worth (both the cost and value should be visible from your portfolio holdings table), someone could offer a suggestion.0
