PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING: Hello Forumites! In order to help keep the Forum a useful, safe and friendly place for our users, discussions around non-MoneySaving matters are not permitted per the Forum rules. While we understand that mentioning house prices may sometimes be relevant to a user's specific MoneySaving situation, we ask that you please avoid veering into broad, general debates about the market, the economy and politics, as these can unfortunately lead to abusive or hateful behaviour. Threads that are found to have derailed into wider discussions may be removed. Users who repeatedly disregard this may have their Forum account banned. Leave a short note for the new owner, using your best fountain Penn.Freecall said:iandy said:When I moved into my new build, it came with free white goods, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer. Who do these belong to when I move out?I have a mortgage on the property.
They belong to you as does the debt finance used to pay for them.
You can leave them behind for the next owner when you move if you want but the debt for their purchase remains yours until it is paid off.
Along the lines of, if its too big to fit, then Cob it.
Don't forget to personalise it, with your Sygnet ure.0 -
