the letter doesnt mention 30 days to pay, it gives details on my car date of offence.
Its says they are adding £60 on the cost for debt recovery and that they can offer a pre-approved £15 pound payment because of covid
We see this rubbish from BWLegal every day. It is getting very boring and here is a clue, BWLegal are scamming you for a unlawful £60 and the courts kick these fake claims out  as it's Abuse of process. BWLegal are in denial about this and that's why they get spanked in court.  They fail to explain their LEGAL authority to which they have none..

Here is the next clue ......
UPDATE:  BWLegal/Premier Parking lose case in Bath. DJ Brown dismissed the case, advising BWLegal to tell their client that any further such cases will be struck out
    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6085320/premier-park-ltd-ccbc/p1

Now, if this does go to court, BWLegal will claim there is no precedence in the BATH case. In theory they are right but you are fully entitled to advise the judge of this case especially as the judge told BWL to tell Premier Parking that such cases will be struck out. Judges to not approve of scammers

ABUSE OF PROCESS JUDGE TELLS BWLegal
    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6014081/abuse-of-process-district-judge-tells-bwlegal/p1?new=1

Await a letter of claim giving you 30 days and proof of their claim.  BWLegal will add the fake £60 and that is when they taint their claim and open the door for the judge to strike out the case.

Such a foolish company to continue thinking that judges are stupid

make sure you get the V5C updated to your current address, plus your driving licence too, otherwise each one can carry a fine of up to £1000 by the DVLA, real fines

Why on earth do people think they are meant to pay?     Where does the NEWBIES thread post #2 tell people that is an option?  Please read it and be ready for how to deal with it.

This is as easy as all the rest to defend when you get a claim.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

...  To the offence at hand .

It is nor an offence, it a civil claim for damages for an alleged breach of contract.

You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
