Have you received a County Court Claim then?
If so, please tell us the Issue Date on that Claim Form.

You cannot acknowledge service of a claim until you have been served a claim.

Huh? How have you skipped from a LBC to a court claim? Until you have an actual court claim then there's nothing to do an AOS of.

no not yet, i got a bit ahead of myself. I have tried landowner, no good. I have lost poplar appeal and i am expecting court. I have asked ce ltd to hold proceedings, i was going to start working on my defence by gathering the relevant paperwork and drafting a template defence. ce ltd have emailed me the sars request.
