If it’s any consolation, it seems like there was a lot less available than usual when we got the final word at 1am so it may not have made a difference what time you got up. 

There are a number of parks not taking part this time, which I assume is due to the economic situation and of course more people will probably be booking UK breaks now rather than going abroad. Coupled with this, people who had their booking cancelled last time round due to COVID-19 had priority access this time round so have been able to book a few days earlier. I think this is more than fair, but it did mean extremely limited availability for certain dates and certain areas.
