I do not have any other letters than one from the legal rep.
P.s. I have until 4pm today to submit this. I have made some bad timing decisions this month -
I have the particulars of the claim written on the claim form.
I will have this submitted before that deadline!
I do have emails from them when I appealed online.

Then email a SAR ASAP to DE to obtain all your data , including the paperwork , so you have the documents and evidence later on

Make a decision on deciding which option you are going with , with or without POFA , try to word your 2 paragraphs accordingly

Thank you, I will do. I feel I can argue in my favour given ownership rights etc!
Thank you all again guys for your help with this.

    So thats more confusing.
You need to go back and edit, and ask those that quoted toedit, because the drivers identity has been disclosed. If you're defending as keeper it is stupid to reveal the drivers identity. Sorry if that seems harsh, but it is. POFA2012 only applies when dealing with a keeper, a driver doesnt get any assistance.
    Sorry, I'm finding this confusing.
    Which one am I then?
To put this simply, I was genuinely abroad at the time. It's my car, its my space, my house.
What do I put myself as?
When I stand in the court room, I am the man who has to defend his parking ticket charge. I am the owner/keeper and the last driver of the car. My pass has slid down off the window, the first time in 11 years!
Regardless of that point, what do you suggest I put? Surely I am the keeper?
They issued the ticket on 16/2/19; so when did you last drive/park the car before going on holiday?

If it was more than 24 hours before, then it would suggest that the "permit" must already be on display; otherwise, they would have issued a PCN before the 16th.

I went on the 12th - so it would have been parked there from the 12th February.

So you can say the permit was on display when you parked the vehicle; because otherwise they would have issued a NTD on the 13th, 14th and 15th.

I would personally defend this as the driver who parked the car on the 12th, when the permit was on display, and on balance of prob it slipping down was nothing to do with you. It could easily have been a parking operative, low on their quote of tickets, deciding to "bump" the ticket down. After all, they have a financial incentive to issue tickets.
This permit that you dont even have to display, but do so purely as a convencience.

Both my old management company and District En - I'll complain about them again and again, I have plans for them - the whole case will be going to the new management company to stop this happening to others.
