Djyamo said:2) Ordiarily, when I use the access road, I will travel southbound, exit the motorway (Triggering the Southbound ANPR camera) and then later in the day, after I've finished work/fishing/catching up with friends. I rejoin the services using the North boundaccess road, (Triggering the Northbound ANPR camera) It's my assumption that the north bound and south bound camera aren't connected. On the day in question, I exited the motorway at the services heading North, used the acces road and 7 hours later, I rejoined the motorway, using the access road. So the cameras where triggered in the same direction
BTW, why would anyone want to deliberately use the petrol station there and pay 10p+ per litre over what it costs at an other nearby facility :-) ?

A little bit of history for this access road ... for those who are interested ... if not then please ignore.I can fully vouch that this access road has been the source of contention for at least 40 years. Over this period systems have come and gone ... barriers .. locked gates .. intercom systems.. raising bollards .. road left open. This access road was on the edge of my fire stations area, and in my local ish area. We (fire brigade) had card passes .. keys . phone numbers ... you name it.Access to the service station shops was always one reason for use of this road quite rural) , but the main one was that it could save many miles negating the need to drive to an official junction. This could save us 3.. 4 mins and more on a emergency call. That an awful lot of time.....If we where on the motorway and received a call it could reduce travel time by as much as 10 mins.so history lesson over.Yes parking lie can be beat on this....but use some of the suggested appeals ... as in MHO a landowner appeal would not work in this case. As officially you are not permitted to use this road. For the OP my suggestion is that history will suggest that you consider your use of this road. Tomorrow ... next year ... the year after... access will be changed ... barriers ? police with hand held cameras ? ....As above you can win this done the right wayRalph5

Parking at Motorway Services is only free for 2 hours, not 3.
But this case is winnable - do you have Google Location enabled on your phone, which will prove where the driver went and when?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Any advice? Or do I just screenshot the data?0 -

It is 2 horus *parking*, not two hours *stay*
Charging an electric vehicle or using a petrol station is not parking, for example2
