sam1970 said:Apologies if it is the wrong board as I could not find more suitable one. I am looking for advice please. I bought my current house 4 years ago. The previous owner used to run a business from the house and receives alot of post. At the beginning, and for nearly a year after I moved in, I used to collect the post for him and he will collect it every few weeks. After that I told him that I Am not happy to continue with this and any post which is for him will be destroyed. Last year (3 years after he sold me the house) I received a parking penalty for a car which I do not own. After alot of hassle with the parking company and the DVLA I found it was one of his family cars which was still registered at my address. I got the DVLA to remove it from my address. Now I discovered that his business is still registered at my address and using it as contact address on his website. Even worse, I looked into the company house website and found that his company is still registered at my address. Iam getting fed up with this and worried about any future implications. What should I do?
He got a couple of speeding tickets which his licence would have been suspended for not being paid. I don't get mail for him any more.0 -
