Yes, I followed that thread.
Unfortunately no one at MSE Towers answered the question asked0 -
Not sure what the question was. As I've mentioned before most people visit the main site, but the chat forum is dominant in usage.
In terms of visitors is 70% to 30% main to chat. However the nature of chat means people are refreshing a lot and the info is updated more so there are many more pages read.
So its a mish-mash, one has reach the other depth

Speaking of Alexa/amazon..
I notice that the last review given is the one "This used to be my favourite until I came accross www.financialdetox.com,"
and that's been the last one (and thus the top of the list) for over a month now
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B0000A0GN9/002-6582447-3474444#cust-reviews
It looks like I need to compose my own review.

Just found out that you can manipulate the urls for Alexa graphs:
http://traffic.alexa.com/graph?a=1&w=1000&h=500&r=1y&u=www.moneysavingexpert.com/&u=http://www.fool.co.uk/&u=http://www.iii.co.uk/&u=http://www.moneysupermarket.com/&u=http://www.moneysupermarket.com/
comparing mse to the top 5 in the list at the top of this thread

I played with sra's URL and found you get a very impressive picture over the past 3 years.

Nice blue line starting mid-2003 and climbing steadily, passing most of the others in the latter part of last year.0
