Hi Taxi
Just wanted to say well done on the not smoking - my friend gave up recently and noticed how much physically better she felt after just a month. Good luck and pleased the mortgage has sorted itself out, it's such a huge weight of your mnd isn't it when things go through in the end.Long haulers supporters DFW #109NR Loan #1 - £2951.18 Nov 08/0 -
Well done inthebrownstuff that's fantastic news..just posted on yours actually...
Thankyou jelly babies....it feels good now as everything is in place now and I can start reducing my debt by decent amounts again soon.
nice to see you both on here pop by anytime0 -
Thanks for the invite Taxi, feels odd posting on other people's threads when they have been going so long and have the regulars, don't like to act like an intruder. But the only way I will get rid of my debt is to post regularly and get support so I am going to stalk people :rotfl:Long haulers supporters DFW #109NR Loan #1 - £2951.18 Nov 08/0

Hi Taxi just caught up and more positive changes for you. Well done especially with the smoking, even though I've never smoked I do appreciate that its no easy task so keep up the good work. The benefits surely will far outweigh the urge to start up again, improved health, slow the aging process and MORE MONEY to pay off that mortgage you've just organised0

Hi you lot,
Pania and jelly babies you are not stalkers and it's lovely when people pop by to keep me company.Come on in any time as we don't bite honestly.
Hi keepingmotivated thankyou..it's also nice that somebody that hasn't smoked can appreciate it's hard as well.
The cravings are ok..not bothering me much.I don't feel well though ..got a sore throat and am really tired.DH says I've not to work today and I've got achy bones (a bit like flu ).0 -
i found when i cut right down on smoking from what i was on a few years ago that you're body goes through all kinds of withdrawal stages too, I recall getting a raging sore throat, horrendous cough runny nose and feeling generally parp for a while. (and i was only coming off 10 a day after spliting with the ex) See it through, It does go away and it does get better, it's just your body getting used to running without the nicotine and other yukky stuff they put in them. xxxdebt @05/11/11 £12210.63!! slowly chipping away!!:heart2:impossible is nothing.:heart2:0

Thanks P ...I looked up withdrawal symptoms and it seems I have nearly all of them but it will be worth it in the end I'm sure.
I have been for a walk to the bank today and I received the cheque from the solicitor but can't cash it as it's in both names so have to take it back with a letter so will do that after the window fitter has been to take the final measurements for the door...
Apart from that not a lot happening.0
