Are you keeping a log of everything then you don't need to rely on memory or on searching for info when the time comes to need all the correct info?

It might be a good idea to make a note of events/happenings/fine details on every date since the accident happened so you have literally every detail including the amount of time all the running about is taking you. Maybe reading back on this diary will help to jog your memory on certain dates and events.
I am sure doing this will also make you feel more in control so you can keep it to hand should you get any phone call queries or have to fill in anymore forms or if you do eventually try and contest the fact you have lost out in a non fault claim.

Will do that as it's a good idea and most of the stuff is on here and the receipts are to hand also for what we've had to spend.

Grab yourself a cup of tea and a pad and pen and start putting every fact down. I hope its cathartic rather than anger fuelling and helps you feel in control and focussed.

Probably more anger fuelling knowing me as every day gets worse and if she hadn't of hit us we wouldn't be having to put up with all this crap now...thats the simple truth...

Oh right I'm not very techy but I just tried bebo and saw her, she is only 18 isn't she so obviously not an experienced driver. Can some of your anger be put to one side to allow her a mistake in case she genuinely made a huge error in judgement or do you think she was joy riding.

KM runs off and hides ready for the back lash in case Taxi thinks I am sticking up for the plonker who has put her and OH in this awful position

I don't think your sticking up for her ..lol....I can't let go off mistakes that cost me..like that so easily...back in a bit as DH has just got up.
