We're in Havering, but from what I've seen most LAs are slower than they say on their websites. Our conveyancer told us when ours were due back

To be honest, I think the only it could effect you are if you go on furlough during this month. I think those who have already had offers will be fine, subject to searches which may take longer. The lenders could withdrawal their offers before being legally bound, however, this will also put them in a financial hole as they stop earning interest. Worst case scenario they might become more picky.

I agree, they may need a letter from the employer to see you are not on furlough during the month...for self employed like me, maybe will want to see November Bank Statement too...

I’d be keen to know what type of extra documents have been required for SE?? Is it just last 3 months statements?

So far we’ve given 3 month business Bank  statements, 3 months personal statements, SA03 form, letter from accountant and our books. Fully expecting to be asked for more October bank statements this week.

Hubby has a Ltd company too and we only needed to supply an accountants certificate for the last 3 years. It's so bizarre how they ask for different things
