so while you read up in readiness .... you may wish to consider ...It would be nice if in a week or or so you could pop back to the forum ... the new draft CoP for private parking is put out for public comments....... Members of the public will be asked to pass on their comments .... it will help the cause .. and you never know stop people like your good self from being ensnared ...

You could ask ParkingEye why they are ignoring the recent (Summer 2020) legal opinion that the BPA obtained from Andrew Morgan, Parking Team Leader at SCS Law. It concurs with our view (and the law) so one wonders why P/Eye and their Trade Body seem to be pretending they haven't read it.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
