You will never get the best deals by ringing  3 .
It may not be a low enough tariff for you but if you go through Topcashback you can get 8gb for £8 with an eventual £32.50 cashback .
Then do as I previously advised  to keep your number !

Thanks frederick1950. Just thought I'd give them a ring to see...

I had been on TCB looking at that 8gb/£8 deal with the CB! I am just trying out an o2 PAYG sim to check signal and will definately look into your previous posts.

Use live chat haggle/complain each month them I went from £26 unlimited to £18,£15,£10,£8,£2 keep going at them you get what you want.
Im on 600 minutes unlimited data for £2.
