O/S WOMBLING, Road Coinage, Skips, Roadside 'finds' etc

good morning all, zeus and i had a lovely find this morning. local convienience store had left us out a box of goodies!!! 2 filled bagettes, 2 large samaoas, 3 scotch eggs, 2 steak slices, 3 packs of sausages, pack of ham, 3 packs spicy beef, and 2 tikka sandwiches!!! sausages are in oven cooking as we speak!! bagettes we will have for brekkie, scotch eggs for lunch, the rest is in the freezer for future use!!! and to zeuses delight we also found 2 boxes of chips!! wonderful start to the day! xxxxx

zeus and i found a kiddies scooter and a mcdonalds burger this morning on our walks! burger split in 3 for the doggies and scooter will be claimed by eldest grandson no doubt!!  good start to the year! xx

Hello Wonderful Womblers

(Well done Huntress and Zeus)

Looking back over the last year I have surprised myself with my finds.  I now include things gained from sites like freecycle.  I have found things for myself (brand new make-up, toaster, brand new inks for my printer, new to me leather sofa etc).  The inks were a god send as I couldn't afford the 40 pounds needed at the time.  My coffee machine, a luxury I couldn't afford.

Things for others (from outside people's houses) beautiful mirrors, stainless steel kitchen bin, BRAND NEW double mattress.  The list goes on.

My money plant, that I link to my dad, remains my treasure.

This year I will be giving things away hoping that they go to those that need them.  Good stuff that I no longer need.

I will continue my wombling journey 'cos I love it !

I haven't wombled anything this year as yet. I did see a set of draws but decided I didn't need them and I had nowhere to store them. Next week I restart my fitness regime which will include a lot of waklking so no doubt I will find a few things then
