Firstly sorry to read about animal losses - horrible when it happens.

    Welcome to all the newbies.

School dinners - DS1 (4) has school lunches 4 days a week - he eats it all, including the meat which he won't touch at home. May be the social conformity element?

The flylady job luck continues, I got offered some short term consultancy work as a result of the interview I had last week! Means I will be very busy in the run up to Christmas but will give us the funds for the next stage of the refurbishment. Major impact on cleaning and decorating plans for the next fortnight so I am not sure how I feel about it. Everything crossed for sexymouse now.

Kitchen it is - better be level three......

Just been reading through, Pigpen what a nightmare with the bank, saying that I was pleased when DPs card for his MBNA account got stopped this week because of possible fraud, or he'd have had a bill with over £500 in purchases around the world on it! Sometimes I think Oh I could just do with a windfall of refunded bank charges, but neither of us have ever paid them  Well done with the savings :D :rotfl: @ frogs, my son called them bugs. People learned not to accept the bug he had on his hand. Sorry to hear about the pooch, never easy, must have been hard to make the decision.

Dusty must be completely different weather where you are, cold wet and miserable here, kind of like my partner!

Seems we have a problem, well sort of, that I didn't know about. Since spraying the fleas stuff I seem to be vacuuming up lots of dead woodlice, argh I hate them, flea stuff must be killing them but I am vacuuming up at least 8-10 a day, **shudders** haven't seen a live one yet.

Washed vacuum filters, went to put the new one in and it doesn't fit  will have to take that back next time we're in Sunderland & wait for these to dry before I can use it again. Might just order another online & get money back when we go as will be a while.
One day I might be more organised...........

Oh yeah Lil_me, if it was a good quality flea spray it will kill more than just the flea's. Atleast you know it's working!
