3 mobile terminating old contracts

I didn't get an SMS offering me the £8 12 month deal if that's what you mean, because by that stage of the conversation I just wanted to cancel the whole thing as it was pointless renewing it for a phone I never use. I have not yet received the letter they promised me confirming the cancellation, so slightly concerned about that. I have already taken the SIM out of the phone but may have to put it back in to check that the contract is now terminated.
Yes the fuzzy line plus the Indian accent made for a very difficult conversation, I had to ask him to repeat everything he said more slowly and clearly, and it was still hit and miss.Used to be Bogof_Babe. It did need updating!0 -
Sorry I misread your post. I thought you'd taken them up on the reduced price tariff but you were just passing on the info in case it was useful for someone else.Bogof_OAP said:I didn't get an SMS offering me the £8 12 month deal if that's what you mean, because by that stage of the conversation I just wanted to cancel the whole thing as it was pointless renewing it for a phone I never use.
