Is it HMRC related? Or employer related? Have you been payed anything? If it’s just HMRC with wrong info then get in touch with them.0
-
Have you been paid the money recorded at all? For example, it has been submitted weekly but you got paid monthly.0

This could cause you problems if you're claiming Universal Credit. There's been some threads here where their employer hasn't paid them but it's showing they have on their tax account. You could report them to HMRC but you risk your employer finding out it was you that did it and this could be risking for your job.

However if you are not being paid then you do not actually have a job.poppy12345 said:You could report them to HMRC but you risk your employer finding out it was you that did it and this could be risking for your job.0 -

Nope. If they are claiming and not paying you then that is fraud. If you are entitled to be paid according to your contract (rather than on a zero hours contract for example) then that is breach of contract and employment law.cookietrickster said:

You said you have been paid but not for the dates, does it add up to the same amount as it could just be how they do the reporting.0

Whats the figures/dates involved?cookietrickster said:

Too woolly on details to advise specifically. It could be your employer pays you weekly but runs payroll 4 weekly (or some other frequency) to reduce costs. You could be comparing your net pay to the taxable gross reported to hmrc......without further details, we can't even guess.
If your employer has submitted the wrong info though, your employer will need to correct it.You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -
But it's saying I'm being paid say last Friday but I didn't receive a payment neither for the week before thatsharpe106 said:You said you have been paid but not for the dates, does it add up to the same amount as it could just be how they do the reporting.0 -
I have a feeling this is being done to claim forlough ? As you can't receive it unless you paid your staff?unholyangel said:
