The OP need to understand more what has and has not been paid.
I have been paid but not for the dates thatits saying I've been paid for ...say it says I should have 3weeks pay but I haven't?
    If HMRC have
    1st June £X
    7th June £Y
    14th June £Z

    But OP was paid
    7th June £X
    14th June £Y
    21st June £Z

That is different to there being no connection between what the OP has been paid and what the OP received.

The OP also need to consider HMRC may record gross but the OP will receive nett.

OP should be given payslips from the employer.

But does what you have been paid equal to what it shows? that is what we need to know.

Have you asked your employer to clarify?

What you have at least matches what you should have for the weeks covered, even if it arrived late.

The company may be doing monthly claim for the furlough and then paying you when they receive the grant.  That's not great, but if cash flow is an issue, the company may not be able to do anything else.

What does it matter if you are being paid it? that is how they are doing the submissions. Why would HMRC care if you were paid weekly, monthly, yearly, hourly as long as what was reported is what you are being paid and taxed correctly.

I understand but I also have to be careful what I post ...basically...
    8th may says I got paid x
    15th may got paid x
    22nd may got paid x
I didn't get paid any if these until weeth 8th June then no pay...

Yes, we understand you received your pay late. Did the pay that you received for those match up with what it stated on your tax account?

You still haven't answered the question that was asked multiple times. Did the pay that you've already received match up with your tax account?
Have you asked why? They maybe having difficultly paying you and they have to wait until they receive the furlough from HMRC.
