Have replied but had fault with sending messages on the thread
You reply on the thread, not directly to Le_Kirk via PM.
Yes had fault as explained as some messages send then others keep saying one character to short in body
When you "quote" a previous post, you must type your response in the white area underneath the blue quote NOT inside the blue area. (As with this post)
If you type within the blue area, you are leaving the white response area without any text and the forum is saying you must have at least one character in the white posting area.
That's probably what has happened. The 'Quote' function is crap. The old one was streets better. It's beyond belief that such an inferior function is part of a more up to date software package than the one that was at least 10 years old. 'Quoting' is a prime functionality of forum life. All other forums I use have 'Quote' functionality far superior to this one!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I was owning the car at the date given for the contravention correct and never received a parking fine for this. Therefore cannot be unpaid as never sent me a fine in the first place. There are a few other aspects that show it is a scam as mentioned previously. The addresses do not match as sent from a Scottish mailing company not where DCBL are based in Cheshire. The phone number does not match main office and it is a dead line.  Also the car park at the services was owned by another company in 2016.

Also just found out your PCN number should have a prefix of two letters and it is just showing 14 digits. It also saying my car was left on private property, which would mean left my car for a very long time at the road services

NEWBIES - HOW TO UPLOAD LINKS TO PHOTOS/SCANS TO MSE

To upload a photo/scan link, you first need to host it on a free photo hosting site (like Dropbox, Imurg or Tinypic), copy the URL, paste it here, but change the http to hxxp and we'll do the conversion. Newbies can't directly upload links to photos/scans until they've a few posts under their belt.

Why not email a SAR to CP Plus.  Maybe they sent them to an old address the car was registered to?

You will see all the letters they sent, and will be better prepared when DCBLegal sue you, and you will win.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I was living at the old address when it was dated, so never received any parking charge notice,so  there is not a case as nothing to appeal. I was thinking to send a SAR to DCBL and they never give contact details of CP Plus ltd. Why do you think I would be sued? Did you say that I will win as no evidence.

Sunny, you need to show us a copy of this letter, doing what Ralph-y explained.
Very little we can say until we see the DCBL letter

It is ok will sort something out and done a lot of research. I have found some persons a little hostile to myself as a newbie to using the forum. I had said also felt overwhelmed with this stressful letter and going through grieving, so my concentration is affected.
