    Hello All,
My head was coping with a lot and  felt overwhelmed also in  grieving and now more settled over the scam.
The number on the letter does not even match the  DCBL contact number in Cheshire. I have no fine also no did not do anything they say when owned the car. The services car park would have no evidence when owned by
CP Plus Ltd and now DCBL.
    Thank you for your help

Le_Kirk Was the first to respond to your original post. Just look back to the start of this thread!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

It could be an issue with using my phone with the site, but going to try another device.

From your PM it would seem that it refers to a car you previously owned.  When you sold it, did you complete all the transactions correctly with the buyer and transferring registration to him/her by completing the relevant sections of the V5C?  If not, it could be that the person who bought your car is incurring parking charges and you are receiving the letters because DVLA have the wrong address - yours!

Forum is best used with a laptop/PC/tablet not a phone because some of the functionality disappears on a phone as I previously advised you..
