Has anyone tried to issue a county court claim against these? We've waited patiently for about 12 weeks for our refund.0

LOVEHOLIDAYS UNCONTACTABLE!! Ive been trying to cancel a holiday we had booked with them since April and we are now due to fly out on 25th July - this Saturday. When i go to log in it says they will send me a verification email but they never send this so i cant log in. Ive check Junk etc and tried all ways to contact them. Numerous emails, tweets and facebook. We are so worried they will take our money. Does anyone have any other suggestions? Funnily enough they sent me an email to say the holiday was going ahead so they definitely have my right email address. So stressed
Thankyou

hi know how you feel, we've had the same problem with LoveHolidays, we wanted to move our holiday and tried to do this through the 'my booking' bit as unable to speak to anyone and no reply to our messages. We then got an email to say the holiday was near and they would the balance! We were due to go on 24 July. So we cancelled through the 'my booking bit' it cost us the deposit plus an extra £108 pounds, we are so hacked off because we couldn't get hold of them and didn't want them to take the whole balance for holiday we didn't want to go on! Go in to the menu on my bookings and see if you can cancel - it will cost you! Unless uou want to hang on and see if they contact you but I have no faith in them. I do feel for you.0

Thanks. The problem is is when i now go to log in with my name and reference number it says they will send an email to my account which i need to click on the link to get me into the manage my booking section. I then never get sent this email so i physically cant log in. Ive spend ages on the phone to my bank today to but it seems theres nothing they can do to stop them taking the full payment on Thursday this week. I honestly could cry. I dont mind losing our deposit. I just need to be able to log onto my account.0

I have booked with love holidays package deal to Tenerife. Love holidays has cancelled my holiday but the flights with Ryanair still went ahead. I have spoke to them via live chat twice. Both advisors told me the flights were cancelled and I would get a refund from love holidays once Ryanair had refunded it but I would have to make the claim first. I asked them to confirm 100% that the flight was cancelled and I’d get a refund which they did. I have a copy of all the transcript. I have spoke to Ryanair via web chat and I cannot get A refund because the flight was not cancelled. I cannot afford to lose over £800 because live holidays cancelled my booking. Help much appreciated.0

Due in Portugal next month, just been advised by EasyJet that they're no longer flying from Newcastle from September onwards and so have cancelled our inward flight only (the outward flight is with another airline). I believe the elements of our package holiday are non-refundable. Can anyone give me the legal position on this?
Are we only eligible for a refund from EasyJet for the flight which they cancelled? Or does the whole package become refundable due to part of the package now missing?0 -
Loveholidays are doing my head in!
I booked a package holiday with them last year to Majorca for June 2020. An apartment and flights with Ryan air. Obviously cancelled by them the week before we were due to depart. No way of contacting them so we have to sit and wait for them. I got a email asking did i want a refund so i replied yes. I then got payments back roughly equalling the costs of the hotel in July. I then got an email saying they were going to ask for a refund from Ryanair and I had to tick a box stating whether i had requested it already, or started a SECTION 75 with my credit card or neither of those things. I ticked neither of those things - after all my contract is with LH and not Ryanair and who wants to deal with them anyway?
Now they keep emailing me saying they are trying to get a refund but cant send it until Ryanair refund them. Why? My contract is with LH.
But when I look at Manage my bookings there is a list of airlines and it states if airline is on that list i have to ask for a refund myself!! I've never had any correspondence with ryan air!
Anyone else stuck in this position? You're not your * could have not of * Debt not dept *0
