All of those links probably do work when you have the right details. But the only details I have are the PCN notice number, it doesn't let me access anything, keeps saying incorrect details. Also I have the set aside form ready to fill in, but I have been in touch with my local MP who is willing to represent me and is looking into it as the car park itself has had many complaints. Few things to try before I go for set aside. Just look at CEL's reviews on Google. Say no more. Cowboys

Don't hold up the set aside.  You have a requirement to act promptly for most set asides (say, 3 weeks).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

It's been over 3 years I'm sure they can wait a few more weeks? Havent had no contact with them so they wont even know of the set aside? Thanks

Feel free to disregard the Court's rules. Your choice.

I mean 3 or 4 weeks from when the CCJ was discovered.

I didn't type that because it was obvious, I thought!  Clearly it makes no sense to expect a person to apply to set aside during the years they don't know about it, so of course I didn't mean that.  The courts require you to act promptly NOW.  You can't sit on your hands waiting for a SAR reply, for example, or waiting for your MP to do something.

My point was I have had no contact with the court whatsoever, so they wont know that I know of the CCJ? They dont know when I found out about the CCJ and havent for nearly 4 years now. Thanks

When they ask "When did you discover the CCJ", do you plan on
    - telling the truth, or
    - lying?
Pick one. Bearing in mind every WS for set aside also states when you discovered the CCJ, you can see why youre being very, very clearly instructed on what to do
Feel free to ignore it, but you torpedo your chances of a CPR13.3 set aside if you fail to act promptly.

How will you explain your complaint to the MP and the request for a SAR, both of which were lodged out of the blue in June 2020?  It's obvious from the dates of your actions, when you discovered the CCJ.  Be open about it but act quickly.

You must tell the truth and act promptly.

I know I really appreciate all your help I'd of been lost without finding these forums. There is also a global pandemic, and they cannot expect me to whip 255 pounds out of thin air on such short notice. I was only allowed back to work last week and wont receive a payment for another 2 weeks time. Surely they can understand this. Many thanks again.

That will be OK, and you can always send in the N244 with NO payment and put a note asking the court to ring you to make payment by card after xx date (or use a credit card giving you an extra 6 weeks).
