CCJ Civil Enforcement ltd

Somebody please help! I had a successful appeal with POPLA against civil enforcement Ltd. Attatched proof below. Recently checked my credit file on clearscore for the first time and it is showing they issued me a CCJ 2 years ago, without any notification whatsoever and all letters sent by them went to my previous address in which I havent lived for 5 years. I had forgot to update my logbook and just updated my driving licence address instead. Also no longer own the vehicle. I cannot get through to Civil Enforcement themselves in any way as they make it impossible to do so when you are in my situation, with no information or pcn notice number. Dates times etc. The appeal with popla was successful as we were doing works on the fruit and veg shop which sits on the car park. On arrival to the car park, the parking ticket machine at the time wouldn't accept the new £1 coins. We then spoke to the tenants and asked where we could park as we needed to be close to unload ladders, materials etc. We then left the car park no less than 1 minute after the free 15 minutes parking you get anyway, into the private car park owned by the tenants. I have the court appeal ready to send to the judge with order of cost against other party. Would rather not go down this route as I am currently ill and dont need the stress. Could somebody please help and give advise. I am afraid of losing my 255 pounds cost of taking this through Court as I didnt update my logbook. And it was a double claim and not just the single vehicle. But both vehicles were registered to me. Truly disgusted at how they can get away with these kind of things! They know very well what they're doing and there reviews show that. Thanks again hope it reaches somebody who can help.

Please read about set asides in the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, second post, this is the way to clear off the CCJ. Paying the CCJ after the deadline set by the court does not resolve the issue, your credit rating remains trashed. Don't knee-jerk into any action without checking here first.

It's 'set aside', not 'step aside'.

Each of the stickies is now titled 'Announcement' (in a red oblong) and the 5 of them are pinned to the top of the forum thread list, one page back from this one.

Sorry for the PMS I have no idea what I'm doing on here. I have found the set aside part but still unsure what to do. I cannot get in touch with them to offer a set aside? Thanks

There are only three announcements chaps but that does not stop the OP looking at the most important one, the NEWBIE sticky.

How can I offer civil enforcement a set aside when theres no way of getting in touch with them? Their phone lines ask for pcn which says is incorrect everytime I enter it. Same as their website 🤯 they need shutting down pure con artists targeting innocent people!!

No, there are five Announcements. See here:

I wrote something about 'disappearing stickies' earlier this month.

OP - you do not have to actually contact them. You can set aside without consent.
Set aside is a court run process, so you are contacting the court. Only if you get agreement with CEL for a set aside with consent do you worry about getting in touch with CEL; not being able to get in touch with them does not - and must not - stop you from applying for a set aside

Silly question - do you know, for certain, this CCJ is about the same PCN?
